Justice delayed and denied in British Columbia for Air India bombing victims

Pakistan's link to the Khalistan movement is pretty well documented and established.

Coincidentally, on the same day that it was praised to the skies, comes the news that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has ruled that due to inconsistency in the evidence of key witnesses, the two terrorists belonging to British Columbia, Ripudaman Singh Malik and Ajaib Singh Bagri were not guilty of killing over 300 people on Air India flight 182 (Kanishka) off the Irish coast on June 23, 1985.

Nitin Pai hits the nail right on the head.
