    Manmohan Singh welcomes Musharraf to watch cricket

    A terse single line press release by the External Affairs ministry spokesperson confirmed my fears about the Indian government bending over backwards to invite Pervez Musharraf, the murderer of several Indian soldiers and civilians, to watch cricket between India and Pakistan. Kuldip Nayar feels that cricket may not be the only item on the agenda.
