I've noticed a queer trend in tamil film song lyrics where positive adjectives like azhagu are attributed to objects which would normally be presumed to be farthest from that kind of description. Vairamuthu's Azhagaana Raatchasiye from Mudhalvan was the first one which seemed odd. A recent one is Azhagiya Asura from Whistle. Not sure who the lyricist is for this one. Assuming that today's kids do read Amar Chitra Katha etc., I'm sure they'll be baffled to see hideous looking creatures being called Asuras and Raakshasas. If you can think of other such odd adjective-noun pairs, use the link on the left and mail me. I'll put those up with credits. Oh, and by the way, well done lyricists.
