    Who is responsible?

While the barbarous killing of pilgrims from India and Pakistan in Iraq needs to be condemned and acted against by the governments of both countries, it merely re-inforces my point made when Suryanarayana was murdered.

If you go to Iraq/Afghanistan/Iran etc. right now, you bloody well ought to remember that you, and you alone, are responsible for your death.

In just the same manner as Steve Irwin was entirely responsible for his death. While he may not necessarily have known of sting rays prowling the waters, the very fact that he had a very enjoyable TV show based on providing entertainment to audiences through his interacting with irritating reptiles, an accident was bound to happen at some time or the other.
