    A reverse brain drain?

    The next time you're attended to by a call-center agent, the accent need not actually be a put-on!

    An interesting article in BusinessWeek about how a lot of people from the US and Europe are taking up jobs in various call-centres in India either because they can't get a job in their own country or because there is a need for people who speak their language or just for the heck of it.

    This isn't necessarily a new phenomenon. In April last year, CNet reported that back-packers from the UK were being hired by British companies in India to work as call-center agents/executives.
