First it was a farcical general's election in 2002. This time around it is yet another farce, Shaukat Aziz, a former Citibank executive, got rubberstamped as Pakistan's new PM. As with most of the things Pakistan does, is it trying to maintain parity with India by having a military/defence related man as President and an economist/banker as PM?
