Pervez Musharraf seems to be upto some nefarious activities when he invites Sonia Gandhi for talks. He seems to be keen to cause trouble between Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi, obviously to reduce the confidence they have in each other and then let the individual coteries take over the job of spreading rumours or indulging in one-upmanship. Someone ought to tell dear Pervez that in a parliamentary democracy, as in a real one, the one he should be inviting for talks is the PM, not the chairman of the parliamentary party.
