In the near future, we could find lesser and lesser European firms offshoring to India and instead looking at the likes of Bulgaria, Romania and the Czech Republic, mainly because distance and timezones don't matter, cultural, linguistic, and ethnic ties matter a lot in what is called "near-shoring". The lives of several Keralites isn't plain vanilla any more!
