    C Raja Mohan writes in 'The Hindu' on what India's strategy should be towards the implications of Pakistan's role in the global spread of nuclear weapons.

    An aide close to Pervez Musharraf claims that Dr. AQ Khan had a complete blank cheque and that he could do anything, go anywhere, buy anything at any price.
