Confidence from a coach

I'm fairly sure this qualifies as a 'Quote of the year'

Michael Owen will score in the tournament - I am sure of it.

England football coach Sven-Goran Eriksson on his firm belief that Michael Owen will be ok. But surely he could have worded it a little better, say

Michael Owen will score lots of goals in the tournament - I am sure of it.
