Abu Gharib - the old Bagram?

The NY Times has possession of a copy of the confidential report investigating prisoner deaths at Bagram in Afghanistan. If anything, the military personnel at Abuse Gharib were following their peers at Bagram.

The tactics used by the US army really do make Abu(se) Gharib look like a punishment for high school kids. Every military/police force uses third degree torture, in a few cases, legitimately. For e.g. when innocent children are bombed & killed or raped & killed.

But guess who lectures annually about human rights?
