    How 7-Eleven turned it around through outsourcing

    A Harvard Business School study on how outsourcing affects your operations reveals that 7-Eleven, the famous mini-mart neighbourhood store, came back from the brink by moving from being a vertically integrated firm to outsourcing many of its activities and building an effective supply-chain network.
