    Manmohan Singh's rejection of Musharraf's plan is a very good thing. There was anticipation from Pakistan that India would respond quite positively to the General's magnificient thoughtful plan for J & K. Musharraf makes his proposals and lets others ruminate over them, making him out to be among the greatest statesmen of the modern era.
