It seems likely that Krithi and Jaagruthi will come over to Bangalore sometime late next week, very likely next Friday, as of this point in time. She'd have been away from Bangalore for a little less than six months. Apparently leaving for Bangalore on Friday or Sunday is ruled out, which is not a bad thing in itself since tickets on trains are impossible to get on those two days. However, since when did decisions get taken based on rational thought? My guess is that the locus of the train as well as the angle subtended at Kanyakumari when the train goes from Madras to Bangalore on a Friday or a Sunday will anger the gods who matter since it conflicts with the movement of Rahu or Ketu during the night. That is why prasthaanam on a Friday/Sunday is ruled out. I havent even bothered arguing.
