    A finding by the Washington Alliance of Technology Workers, an organization of high-tech workers and allies, indicates that Microsoft has outsourced work on a few components of Longhorn, Microsoft's next-gen operating system, due for release in 2006. Actually that just means that it will be released this decade, but we'll let it pass.
