Strobe Talbott's soon to be released book Engaging India: Diplomacy, Democracy and the Bomb first set off a major diplomatic crisis when it revealed that the NDA Government Defense Minister George Fernandes was strip-searched twice during visits to the US in 2002 and 2003. It now reveals that the then US President Bill Clinton spilt wine on Prime Minister Vajpayee in 2000. This book sure is turning out to be a must read one.
