Laloo Prasad is pondering making Peter Costello, the Treasurer of Australia (I suppose thats equivalent to being the Finance Minister), a honorary Bihari. In his budget, Costello has announced a package of $3000 for all mothers who have a child after 1 July 2004. A bird tells me that the reason Laloo has been quiet in the last couple of days is that he is lobbying the Australian government to allow him and his family to migrate to Australia where he can use the laws to make two cricket teams within his family, rather than the one (him, Rabri and their 9 children) they have now.
