I am fairly sure that if the late honourable Dadamoni [Ashok Kumar] had the sort of week I had, he would never have ventured to sing paeans about trains when he rapped away to rail gaadi, rail gaadi in Aashirwaad in 1969. I dropped off Krithi and Jaagruthi in Trichy where they will spend around a fortnight. We left for Trichy on Saturday, 30th October and I returned to Bangalore on 1^st November, Monday. Then I left for Madras for a flying one day visit on Wednesday, the 3^th and returned to Bangalore on Friday, the 5^th. Then I took the night train to Trichy on Saturday, the 6^th and returned from Thanjavur this morning, the 8^th. Its not over yet. I leave for Trichy on Wednesday, the 10^th and celebrate Deepavali there and I return to Bangalore on Friday, the 12^th. Effectively, by Friday morning, I would have clocked a total of 3300 km in two weeks.
