How does America gain by not being too bellicose about outsourcing? Businessweek has some answers.
23 years ago, Britain decided to participate in the Moscow Olympics, with the British Olympic Association voting in favour of participation, even as the Thatcher government was against it. The then chairman of the association defended the decision by saying they believed sport should be a bridge, and not a destroyer. Now, the ECB is all set to toe the government's line on the Zimbabwe issue.
